  • Returns are accepted for damaged or defective deliveries only.
  • We offer a 30-Day return period, from the date of product delivery.

In your e-mail message, please provide detailed information of the following:

    • Why you feel the product is damaged or defective
    • A clear photo showing the issue
    • Your order number

After review and confirmation these details, your return will then be approved.

RETURN SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

  • All original packaging and damaged goods must be included.
  • When shipped, returned items must be folded, carefully packaged and fully protected during transit.
  • Buyers will be responsible for all return shipping & handling fees.
  • Your return package can be mailed back to us using any preferred shipping method or service.
  • Within your package, please also include printed or written order ID and any other applicable information.
  • For added security and verification, we recommend following up with us (via email) after shipment to provide us with the tracking number of your package (so transit can be monitored and confirmed).
  • Returns must be shipped to the exact "Return Address" provided below. We will not be held accountable for a wrong address.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Returns are accepted for damaged or defective items / deliveries only.
  • Item must be returned within the 30-Day return period, beginning from the date of product delivery
  • Returns must be received in the same new condition as delivered.
  • Returns must not have been previously worn or washed.
  • Items must be free of smoke / exterior odor, pet/human hair, stains from cosmetics, a removed size/tag, deodorant, perfume, or similar products.

INSPECTIONS

All returns will be thoroughly inspected upon delivery. If there is any indication or attempted shopper fraud or that the following policies have not been properly followed, items will be delivered back to the customer at an extra expense.

REFUNDS

Your refund will be provided to the original mode of payment within 7 to 14 business days after receiving your returned package.

As a result of this exclusive business model, our return policies must adhere only to situations of product damage or defect.
